No.1-If you write 'Has been recognising', it means that the company all along has been acknowledging/admitting the high turnover rate. (쫑쫑: 네, 맞아요. 한국어 문장이 그 의미로 받아들여져서 그렇게 써봤어요.)

The difference between 'Has been recognising' and 'Is aware of' is that 'Has been recognising' means the company knew about the issue from the past until now. (쫑쫑: 웅웅)

Whereas 'Is aware' means that at the moment or now, they are aware of the issue. They didn't know of the issue some time ago but now. (쫑쫑: 네, 우리말로 비로소 깨달았다.. 그런 의미정도 일 것 같네요.)

The difference between the duo is time period but both are correct anyway. Just that the meanings are different.
